PNI (Planet Network International) was present in Mexico on September 18th and 19th, 2023, to participate in a workshop on ‘Trends in Service Quality and Connectivity Assessment from the User’s Perspective’ organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), as well as a meeting of ITU-T Study Group 12 (SG12) Study Groups (Performance, Service Quality, Quality of Experience).
